So, since you've last seen me, a lot has changed. For starters, I graduated from VCFA in January. You're now reading the thoughts of an MFA holder. Ooo ahhh fancy. The sad thing is that this is the first I've written since graduation, and I miss it. So as a gift to myself, I'm going to start this back up again. Even if the only person who reads this is me.
I've also been back to London to visit one of my best friends, and while there we made a trip to Ireland. Horseback riding in Ireland. It was like living in a romcom minus the romance. It was truly an amazing adventure, one that deserves its own post with photos. More to come, I promise.
The first of my best friends is now married. It was a beautiful wedding (I cried at least four times that I can remember) and she made a beautiful bride. This, too, will have its own blog post with photos. Well, with her permission anyway.
I guess I feel grown up now. Well, most of the time. My friends are getting married and I'm in the process of writing two different YA novels. I've got a semi-secret project I'm working on and I'm trying to find the means to finally move out. I pay my own bills and I bought a brand new Camaro. I'm almost comfortable with the thought of being alone. I'm a few months shy of 25 and I'm terrified and excited to see what the next five years hold. Your twenties are for adventure, and they've only just begun. Bring on the second half!
